John Allison is a Senior Consultant in the Total Compensation and Rewards practice of Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. Mr. Allison advises boards, compensation committees, and senior management in the assessment, development, and implementation of executive and staff total compensation programs, including salary structures, annual and long-term incentive programs, retention programs, retirement programs, and other benefits.
Mr. Allison has over 15 years of experience helping internal and external clients achieve their total rewards objectives. In addition to his more than 12 years of experience at Integrated Healthcare Strategies, Mr. Allison has also worked as a consultant for Grant Thornton, the fifth largest global accounting and advisory firm, advising on executive, staff, and physician compensation for public, private, and not-for-profit organizations and as an internal compensation consultant for RSM, the sixth largest global accounting and advisory firm. Mr. Allison is a member of World at Work and the Twin Cities Compensation Network.
Mr. Allison received an MBA in finance and strategic management and a BS degree in finance, both from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
