We are currently seeking a dynamic interim Long Term Care Administrator.

•Provide interim leadership, assessing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs, governmental regulations, and company policies •Maintain effective working relationships with residents, family members, department heads, fellow associates, and visitors

•Lead Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives

•Previous administrator experience in a long term care facility required as well as strong financial, operational, and regulatory knowledge

•Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of VT.

This is a traditional, multi-month interim assignment that will include very competitive professional compensation as well as travel and living expenses.
